Christian life coaching adheres to the biblical doctrines that are outlined in the Scripture. Man is a sinner who is in need of a Savior, Jesus Christ. People cannot save themselves, for the latter has been accomplished through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Gen. 3:1-22; Rom. 3:23;
10:8-9; Eph. 2:8-9; Jn. 3:16-17). Hence, Christian life coaching is Christ centered within a biblical framework.

Coaching meets the client where they are by listening intently and joining with them in the conversation. The coach not only identifies barriers in the clients life, but assists them to move beyond in order to achieve personal and professional growth.

Life Breakthrough Coaching is geared towards the secular population and will not emphasize God and His views about the human condition.  Hence, this approach relies on empowering clients and groups to make sustainable changes in their lives.

Business/Organizations: I provide onsite life coaching, group coaching and life balance coaching for employees. When the wheels on your car are not balanced, the tire tread wears out rapidly. When an employees life components (physical, mental, social, recreational, finances and spiritual) become imbalanced, they cause issues in the employees professional and personal life. That said, life balance coaching realigns the employees life components in order to enhance their professional and personal life.

 While growing up, my father and uncle managed a successful and lucrative printing  brokerage firm on Madison avenue in midtown Manhattan.  I have worked faithfully in sales for 23 years and received the fruits for my labor. I understand the rigors and the demands of  working in both corporate America and the business world.
